Nepal’s iconic Sherpa Hospitality Group has launched a new brand, Mountain Lodges of Nepal, which includes 15 family-owned, premium lodges offering treks along the Great Himalaya Trails. The Sherpa family has been developing lodges for over 30 years, with seven lodges in the Everest region and eight in Annapurna. The group will upgrade existing lodges to offer an elevated level of hospitality by adding new restaurants, building new lodges, and adding new adventurous mountain experiences.

“Mountain Lodges of Nepal is an extension of our dream to offer world-class, luxury stay experiences in the Himalayas,” said Namgyal Sherpa, CEO of Sherpa Hospitality Group and a born mountaineer whose mother, the late Mrs. Pasang Lhamu Sherpa, was famously the first Nepali woman to summit Mount Everest.
